Instant Exchange is an optional exchange method whereby your exchange order is processed and shipped at the time your exchange is requested via our Return Portal. This takes the waiting time you would experience in the shipment of your exchange product while waiting for us to receive your returning goods. When choosing to get an Instant Exchange, you will be asked to provide credit card payment information with the understanding that if the requested returning product isn&#x2019;t sent to our warehouse within 28 days, you will be charged for the new product that is on its way to you. We will place a hold on the credit card provided for the amount of the new product you&#x2019;ve selected. As soon as the returning product is in transit back to our warehouse, we remove the hold. As mentioned, if the returning product is not returned within 28 days of initiating your exchange, you will be charged for the new product with which we have placed a hold on your credit card for.
