Our Heritage Hardshell, Heritage Softshell, and All-Season Hybrid Luggage are covered under our Limited Lifetime Warranty for manufacturing defects. If you discover a material or manufacturing defect, please file a claim through our warranty page here.

Retired luggage models, such as the Trade Hardshell luggage, Highland Softshell luggage, Parcel and Campaign Softshell luggage, and Outfitter Wheelie Softshell luggage, are covered under a 5-Year Limited Warranty starting from the date of purchase from an authorized Herschel Supply retailer.

Please note that damage caused while in the possession of an airline and/or carrier is not covered under our warranties, and must be claimed through the airline/carrier directly. If your claim requires further information, please fill out our contact form here and we will get back to you shortly.
